Processing & Shipping Times

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Processing time for In Stock items is 3-5 business days from when your order is placed.

Pre Orders or Custom items are made to order and ready to ship in 2-4 weeks, not including postage time.

Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will be dispatched when pre-orders are ready. If you require an in-stock item now, please place two separate orders

Please allow more time for public holidays and sale periods.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

We love FREE SHIPPING!

Free Shipping is available on all Australian orders over $85.00 and New Zealand orders over $150.00.

If your order is under those amounts a flat rate postage fee of $10.00 for standard shipping within Australia, and $20.00 to New Zealand applies.

Please note Finding Alice does not cover the cost of custom fees or import duties.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping is available on Australian orders for a flat rate of $15.00.

Unfortunately we do not offer Express Post on New Zealand orders at this stage. 

Please note Express Shipping is a postage option, not a rush order fee, and does not change the processing times.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Absolutely!

Your Alice Mail will be packed with care, added good vibes and a dash of sunshine. You will then receive a confirmation email that it’s ready to be dispatched. This will include your tracking details
